Puppy Lemon Law Passes Senate - Please Call Jodi Rell to Offer Support

Dear Connecticut Advocates,

Thanks in part to your steadfast support, the Connecticut legislature has overwhelmingly voted for and passed SB 499, legislation to discourage the sale of puppy mill dogs. This important humane legislation will now go to Governor Rell. Please urge the governor to sign it into state law!
